LifePath Home Services was founded by Shannon Busch with a passion for helping older adults age with dignity while providing families with trusted guidance and peace of mind.


With nearly 20 years of experience in social services and healthcare, Shannon has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through life's transitions. Her background includes child welfare, hospital and skilled nursing discharge planning, care coordination, dementia support, and senior services.


As a Certified Social Worker (CSW), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist (SHSS), Shannon provides personalized aging-in-place consultations, senior care management, care coordination, advocacy, and home safety guidance. She believes every family deserves compassionate support, practical solutions, and a personalized plan tailored to their unique needs.
